Embracing the 21st century learning model, the day of the child in the campus is devised with the world focusing on its future citizens possessing the 21st century skills of the 4C’s.
Critical Thinking
"Generating an army of like minded individuals with a robotic sense of learning is not the goal of education". Therefore, we wish our students to advance and discover new wondrous solutions to the plethora of issues surrounding us. So, we help the children to develop "Critical thinking from young age, so as to generate powerful critical thinking skills among students. Hence, an environment is provided where students are more likely to express their ideas, think out of the box, challenge problems with innovative solutions faster & more effectively with empathy.
Creativity
The school makes room for visual reflecting through smart boards. Classroom environment is created that encourage independent thinking. We integrate more hands-on-learning with lab activities and also encourage debates to induce thought provoking ideas. Through celebrations, students explore different cultures.
Communication
To build better speakers and writers of tomorrow, children to think critically, listen actively and work together. This is done through our language lab, using technology. We provide audio books - which helps the students' pronunciations and help them in communication and reinforce active listening. Group presentation and assignments are given to students. Reflective learning opportunity is provided by recording students reading from selected texts or videotaping, group presentation for assessing their communicative strength and weakness.
Collaborative Learning
Collaborative learning if managed correctly, is a powerful tool that can allow education to tap into new ideas and information for which, we keep the classroom layout flexible - to provide space for group activities. Students are taught the value of multiplicity in thought. Technology support programs are provided that makes collaborative learning easy. We help students to value diversity - to respect and appreciate each other's view point for it to work. The school develop team building exercise-through sports & games.
